Today I am on my third split lip.

I managed to avoid a broken nose and broken cheekbone by millimetres today during some rather furious headbutting by my LO (ten months)........

I know he is just playing and using Mummy as a climbing frame/chew toy/general amusement park but holy moly he is strong!

I took a corker in the eye socket a few weeks ago and got a semi-black eye I actually cried for about fifteen minutes the pain was so bad.......

Anyone else?!! Or am I the only one seemingly raising a future heavyweight boxer?!

Nope your not the only one. Admittedly I've never been bruised or physically marked but I get bitten,climbed over,grabbed, poked and have fingers thrust into my mouth, nose etc..

If it does hurt then I do tell him off and try to distract to something else as he finds it a funny game.

The best bit is when I ask for a kiss or if he wants a kiss I get a head but!

I've had a black eye once and didn't notice for days after that morning he decided to give me a head butt so when I did see it I remembered! My nose luckily hasn't been broken yet! He likes to kick more these days and when I'm being used as a climbing frame getting his elbows and everything else heavy on my boobs or stomach can hurt so much! Can't wait for it to phase out and he's nearly 2 now lol

I'm getting this treatment, are you saying it continues for a long period?! Ohh no....

I've been kicked, slapped, hair pulled, glasses taken off and thrown!! I can't even say he doesn't know what he's doing as he's so little but he blinking well does. Every nappy change it's kicks to my stomach, trying to get him out of it now before the littlest one gets bigger and he's kicking the poor thing through my stomach and into his/her head!!
