mince?

can someone tell me roughly how long mince will keep for if you store it in the fridge?

i've had mince in the fridge since saturday and OH wants it for dinner..

Look at the date on the packet hon but I would say you are about ok, 4 days isn't too long

go by colour and smell - if it looks ok and smells ok (and you cook it til its really dead) then i'm sure it'll be fine

we ate it anyways, it smelled fine, and we seem ok so far
