doh!! i forgot to ask mw for it.. and i dont see her till im 34 weeks (6th dec) will mws at hospital give it to me or do i need to ring my community mw up and say i need it?

I got mine at hospital when I got my 20w scan.

Maybe you could ring up the community one and she could post it?

I think I got mine from her at 23/24 weeks. I didn't need to ask her for it, she just gave it to me.

I would give her a ring as she should be able to leave it at reception or post it out for you. xxx

You have to give it to work before 24 weeks too dont you. Will remember to ask for mine at 24 week m/w appointment then.

My Midwife gave mine to me this week, all signed and stamped etc, I stuck it in my diary ready for work the next day, alongside some bills and stuff for post and you can probably guess what's coming next.............

Posted it with the bills!

I will have to ask if i'm allowed a duplicated now I hope that they are able to do it!

got told i wasnt allowed mine till 25 week appointment , i was like i wanna leave work at 30 ish weeks (after xmas hols) thats cutting it a bit fine ! gonna fine hr on monday see if i need it before booking my finishing date !
