Making a poll

How do you make a poll? I know theres an option at the bottom to post a poll with a thread but I dont know where you can put questions with poll. :/

You need to check the little box to include a poll when you post your thread, click on sumbit new thread and it takes you to a new page where you can fill in the question and options x
