I always have tuna paste!! Its processed though so I thought it was alright

I've got a thing about cheese on toast with brown sauce at the minute.

Kirsty, dont listen to a thing i say, i have no idea I jsut read on various websites that too much tuna fish is bad because it has vitamin a. ^_^ Is processed tuna ok then? Cause i love tuna and dont want to go without when i eventually get preggers ^_^

I have no idea either

I think tuna paste (or any paste in jars) is alright but fresh pate isnt

And I know you can have 2 tins of tuna a week but anymore than that can be harmful 8)
