Lump behind ear

I have found a hard pea size lump behind my ear, that hurts a bit. Anyone had one of these before. I get really worried about stuff, but feel like im always bugging the doc

if it hurts then its usually a sign its nothing sinister.
It may be just a Sebaceous Cyst.
it will just disappear in time. It may become inflamed or larger before it disappears.
If it gets really painful and weapy then go doctor.

i have one on my shoulder. ive had it ages. but its doesn't bother me.
