cranberry juice its yummyyyyyyyy.Ive just sent hubby off for more suppliers it has to be cranberry and it has to be cold!oh and cheese yumyum. cant touch anything sweet.Anyone else any food dos n donts?

I drink a glass of that a day.. has loads of antioxidants and is fantastic for preventing urinary infections!

I'm into cranberry juice too- diluted as I'm a cheapskate! Ever since i had that nasty kidney infection over Easter I've doubled my liquid intake, stopped drinking coffee and have been on the cranberry. Have you tried Ocean Spray's range where they do cranberry and blueberry, cranberry and rasberry etc. The blueberry one is lush!

I'm liking a cup of ovaltine before bedtime at the moment, it's got folic acid in it too

We were in Burton-On-Trent last week and drove past a brewery (Bass I think), anyway the smell of the hops reminded me of Ovaltine and I got a thing for it
