Is this normal?

Morning all... Me again! So yesterday I got some light pink cm. It lasted less than an hour and started going light brown. As far as I'm aware I've had none today.

My temp spiked today though, almost 37C! I don't trust it at all. I did get up in the night to wee BUT this is common for me (never had such a big temp spike after), I went back to sleep and had almost 3hrs sleep.

Anyone got any thoughts? I'm more concerned about the mid cycle spotting tbh really worries me. I had a smear/sti 3 years ago and everything was great. Blood test a year ago after a chemical, again nothing abnormal.

I usually get brown spotting 2 days before my period.

Its best to see how your temps go over the next couple of days. When i use to temp i was told not to read to much into a single temp as you need to look at the pattern that forms over the days.
Don't stress over it hun.
Fingers crossed the spotting was implantation bleeding.
