The only thing that really had the points in it was the meat! Chicken breast....2 points Pork...3 points Beef....2.5 points You don't even have to have meat if you don't want to...you could try some flavouring which would be 1 point normally i.e sweet chilli etc. All the other things have no points at all!!!! Beansprouts 0 broccoli 0 cabbage 0 carrot 0 low fat cooking spray 0 onion 0 mushrooms 0 peppers 0 water chestnuts 0 Thats all I can think of atm
