Ok, I've been looking on Ebay and Argos etc for my DH for Xmas and they're so bloody expensive.

I'm not very good with technology but from what I can gather the 60GB is the best at like £250-£300. Then the 30GB.

I've seen a seller on ebay and it says the goods are in ireland that has the 30GB for @£120 new, do you think that's a bit too good to be true?
I've emailed them to make sure its in English and compatible with UK systems.

Any ideas where I can get a decent new IPOD from that won't cost the earth?

I always go on Ebay for things, check their feedback comments and score, I usually only buy off a seller if their score and rating is high. And if you pay via paypal u r fairly safe as they are good at refunding u if u r a victim of fraud, receive faulty goods, dont receive the goods etc.

I honestly wouldnt bother getting a 30gb or 60gb one.

I have the 60gb one, it cost £300 and holds a stupid number of songs and Im never going to fill it up! Its good for holding photos but again it holds thousands, more than I could ever put on!

And personally I wouldnt buy one off ebay. I mean the price is probably genuine but if you get it from a shop over here you can easily take it back if theres any problems.

I have the 30gb one and I love it, but its only half full. OH has the 60 one and his is only half full too but we both like our music. So if you love music they are good for that.I would buy one from a reputable shop as OH had a problem with his, it stopped working but as he got it through a shop they replaced it.
