Im so scared of scan tomorrow

I am right there with you. I have my 20week scan today (at 3.30) and am PETRIFIED! I really dont know why! I was never ever worried at any scans for my 2 boys, but this one...im sitting here shaking, sweating and feeling dizzy through fear!
to make it worse, I had a bleed this morning
I thought the 20week wouldnt phase me but I didnt sleep a bit last night worrying.
