Im really exited too - this time next week we will be tucking into a lush xmas dinner then chilling out with mulled wine and watching the xmas movies. Would love it if it snows as we live on the side of a mountain in the welsh valleys with a stream running outside our house - snow would be amazing!!!!!!!!
All pressies are wrapped and under the tree, we done really well this year and I dont think ive ever seen so many pressies under a tree!
noo! dont remind me! I still have over half my presents to buy for people! My town doesnt have very christmas-pressie shops.
plus things are gonna be awkward christmas day. MIL left FIL in july but DH invited her for christmas, and now FIL keeps saying how he's not going to enjoy christmas. At least i get to spend the evening with my family.
Boxing day on the other hand... !!! I can't wait til boxing day! I get to go to my nana's farm and enjoy her HUGE roast dinner, and all my mum's side of the family will be there (there'll be over 20 of us at least!) and i get all my presents from that side of the family and then yummy finger food for tea. My nana makes THE biggest yorkshire puddings! With fresh eggs if the chickens have gone crazy and laid them at this time of year.
