I can see this ending in disaster! I rarely cook and whenever I do it involves putting it in the microwave so this is a big deal! I decided to make Lemon Roasted Smoked Haddock for dinner, I got the recipe from last week Take A Break mag. I think there may be a chance we'll be phoning out for dinner tonight!
