my bf has woke up this morning and not gone to work coz his stomach is hurting so bad, i asked him if the food i made last night was cooked ok and he said it was but i still feel really guilty

its funnt because ian is also in bed this morning dieing, and thats what i said to him was the food ok, luckily its becasue he gets massive nosebleeds and hes had 2 ysterday he just needs to get rid of a clot, (they build up) and he will be fine. I am sure you didnt poison him hun but pls tell me if it is your cooking ill remember it for haven
