I've had texts about deliveries but nothing that says text back. I wouldn't just in case.....

If it was genuine it'd have a number to ring for changes wouldn't it?

Passports do come by signed mail these days,well Sama did

it's very unlikely that the passport office or the post office would send a text, it's probably a scam and if you txt back then they can somehow use your number etc.
