no sarah i didnt like it. i was paired up with this muscle head bloke and we had to bandage each other up and things and both of us didnt enjoy it at all. but we had a laugh at the end of it.

I did a similar course with St Johns Ambulance when I was a kid

My certificate only lasted 10yrs though and ran out in 2004

Really should do it again

10 years, mine only lasts for three. it was a great course though, all practical no theory. better for remembering. have been doing slings on joshua this evening. bless him he kept it on for ages.
