Looking for your recommendations on a breast pump

I'm exculsively expressing so need something capable of double pumping that is quite sturdy.

I'm currently using a medela symphony on loan from the hospital so my new pump will have a lot to live up to

So I've come to the realisation that they will probably ask for it back soon and I hope to BF for the full year

I was looking at the medela swing (As I already have the extra accessories) can anyone vouch for it?

I have got the swing and it is GREAT. I don't have anything to compare it to but it is comfortable quiet and easy to set up. I will defo vouch for it! xxx

Can you double pump with the swing?

Does it take batteries for when out and about?

it takes batteries and yes you can add a double tube that you cna order it to use it like a double pump.

I live my swing! I used it for seven weeks eight times a day and it worked like a dream.

If you are planning on exclusively expressing Madela do a more powerful double pump around the £200 Mark that I have heard good things about. I will try and find out the name xx

Got the swing.

It will just be a back up and travel pump for now until the hospital ask for the symphony back

I love my swing too, can highly recommend it.X

Swing is fab, never used it to double pump, but when i was expressing alot i used swing and medela mini ( bought this first before swing) at the same time and worked well ad double. x
