(does anyone know what they do, if i am going about the pain i get in my back since having alice?)

Not specifically but I have had phsyio for my shoulder and my knee. Generally they will give you gentle exercises to do and sometimes you will be given ultrasound treatment. It is never anything too strenuous, and they normally tell you not to work through the pain but upto to the point where it flairs up. Good luck

Sam let me know how you get on cause I still have back pain as well, I did see the doctor awhile back but she didn't refer me , instead prescribed some gel which didn't do very much. However I have been more active and I think that has helped reduce the pain - I know it's only muscular.

back.

it went ok. SHe checked my back (lots of poking around) and said my spine was quite stiff. its where i carried alice round, my body just needs to get to normal - which i thought to be honesr, but it was nice to hear at from someone.

she has given me a few exercises to do each day, and tips on getting my posture back to normal.

got to go back in a month.


Daggers, check with your hospital - i had the option of self refering myself. my gp refered me though.
