I felt a ripple down there... anyone else had this

Sorry for the tmi....
So in my 6th week of HG I'm just lying in bed with a hot water bottle in between my thighs when i felt a ripple. Similar to the "after waves" of an orgasm. I took the hot water bottle away and checked, I'm not bleeding. I wasn't thinking or doing anything remotely sexy. Its been 6+ weeks since my last orgasm because l have been so sick with hg. Has anyone else had this? It is my first pregnancy and have no idea what is normal!

Lots of women experience over sensitivity.
Some women have reported orgasming during sleep when they are dreaming without touching themselves at all. Pregnancy does strange things to your body lol x
