I have just found out my OHs new job is going to send him away for training for a few days which is completely fine i though at least we can ring each other on a night and if there was a prob he could just come back but it in GERMANY!
Hes going to be in germany for 3nights! We havent been apart for that long since LO was born over 3 years ago....now we have moved where we are 40mins away from both sets of parents and i cant drive I am alreaady panicing and it isnt till Nov. But we have never been away from each other long let alone in a diff country Any body elses partners go away? Does it go fast or slow or what?

Aw hun thats pants at least it is only 3 days?

i know its not the same but my OH is policeman and works nights often and it is pants but i just look forward to seeing him x

I know 3 nights doesnt sound long but when i think about not going to bed with him every night and being alone for those 3 nights is really daunting

When we first got together we only saw each other at weekends so we have done it before. And before jan this year we spent 2 nights away from each other but he was only 1hr away from us. Then in jan we moved intogether and it been great being with each other every night I think i have just forgot that we have done it before. I though i would be happy if he did bugger off for a few nights but know that i hear it its really daunting lol

3 nights is bliss! My husband is in the army & goes away for 6 months at a time! Just lan something to do each day that will keep you busy & you will look forward to relaxing in the evening

i think i am goin to have some of my friends over and have days out Keep me busy so i dont miss him lol
I wouldnt be able to cope with 6 months.....how do u it???

my OH is ex navy so it was either weekends only or 3-6 away at times. A few days will fly by. And you'll probably find it lovely if you treat yourself a bit, see friends etc. Have a girlie evening or something. If you plan stuff you'll look forward to it and it will be fun! xxx
