Morning Ladies,
So yesterday I saw an osteopath as I have been having lower back pain and it turns out I have something called 'Hypermobility Syndrome' basically my joints are looser and more stretchy/flexible than the average person. This sounds great, being flexible but it has affected my back because my back muscles have been working extra hard to compensate for the loose joints I have read a bit about this syndrome in relation to other problem areas such as knees and ankles but not so much the back.
I wondered if anyone else has this? I have heard it can cause complications during pregnancy so just wanted to put it out there and reach out to anyone who has this syndrome and how they experience it?
