How to include a picture??

Some of you have a lovely picture of your baby/children which is with your ticker, how can I do this??

i have my photos in a recieved file on my computer, when i have created my ticker there is a section that says 'up load picture' or something like that, i browse for the pice i want and it normally comes up, im sure some one c an explain better but i thought i would post im bloody usless

Click on Mel's ticker, it will take you to bump-and-beyond, they do them
