How much water?

So I know I can give baby water now but I don't know how much.

His wee is starting to smell and I think it's maybe dehydration so wanted to try the water.

Does anyone know?

When the health visitor came out when Elexis was 2 weeks old she said i could start giving her cooled boiled water and just not to replace feeds with water so i would imagine theres no set limit to what you can give them so long as its not replacing a feed iykwim xx
