How many scans?

Little confused.....how many scans do you get during pregnancy.....12 week and 20 week then is that it? I had my 20 week scan re done at 23 weeks to double check babas heart as she was lying funny at my 20 week scan. Im having a 4d scan but just wanted to know if your supposed to have anymore hospital scans?

In some cases you have a growth scan at around 30 weeks, Im having one because im also having the 2nd test done for gestational diabetes...Im also having a 4d scan at 28 weeks but they're nothing to do with hospitals and they cost you! x

at my hospital there is a dating scan and 20week scan (cant remember the scan name) and that is all unless there are any problems which need checking after them scans. x

Usually that's it unless there are any late complications.

Yes, we only have 12 and 20 weeks now (used to have a 35 week one when I had Lennon) unless there is a problem or they need to keep a closer eye on you x

aww well I suppose its a good sign not having to have any more hosp ones. Im getting my 4d scan for free next tue as I work for a Dr and we do them in the clinic I work at......im always tempted to ask for scans all the time haha.

I'm having growth scans at 28 and 32 weeks then a presentation scan at 36.

I'm guessing it's cos I had a big baby last time so just double checking. Also getting the gtt test at 28 weeks x
