How Do I get Tickers please?

Ok, so i think i've clicked on just about everywhere on the CP and tried looking for boxes when i post but can't see where to save a ticker. I'd love to know how to do it please help? Also do you just copy and paste the text it gives you when you create it?

I think you have to post a certain number of times to get a ticker! Have a feeling its 5!
