how do i get scan pic on here as avatar

hi i know how to actually choose it as avatar but keeps coming back saying file size of picture too large, down size.

how do i downsize scan picture to put in signature or avatar?

you need to change the size of the pic by using Paint or other pic programme.
it needs to be 100x100 pixels x

You have to make it's size below 10kb. You can change your image size in paint or any similar graphic program.
