We've just had two offers on our house , all excited now

Unfortunatly its not down to us The relocation company (moving coz of DH's work) have the final say so waiting to hear back from them.
The higher offer is from a couple who are renting so are obviously in a better position than the other people. Not sure if the company will give the other couple a chance to up there offer, hope so coz thats more money for us.

We got full asking price

The estate agents were a bit sneaky but we got it. I would have been pleased with the lower offer, I can't believe that in the space of a few hours we're £6000 better off! we're going to put in a new bathroom in the en-suite in our new house, buy a 7ft bed & new furniture for our bedroom, & a dishwasher with the extra money so well pleased

Congratulations on the house price/sale and wahooo on the 7 foot bed you'll love it, we bought one some months ago, be warned though the bedding is almost as expensive as the bed!! Not many places do the bedding for that size so we ended up buying our sets in Debenhams.

Ooo funny you mention that coz i've just come onto the net to have a look at bedding for that size, that is going to be a problem but hey hubby's 6'5 we need a bigger bed
