Homemade Valentines meal for tonight - does it sound ok?

Hello ladies....

Just want to know what you think.... does this sound alright for tea tonight as we arent going out for a meal as hubby is working until 10pm

I have Prawn Cocktail in a parmasan basket and warm bread to start
then...
Herb Crusted Roast Pork with a apple and port sauce with mash and veggies
then...
Chocolate mousse with summer berries

What ya think? Want to make it special as we had a bit of a rough patch last year so didnt really celebrate it that much

well he's just getting bog standard prawn cocktail now as my parmasen baskets havent set

My mum would be so annoyed at me (she was a chef... hence why I tend to go a bit over the top!!)

if i make prawn cocktail for me and adam, i bung it all in a big bowl and we have a fork each. less washing up...
