If you've got or get bad PMT take Evening Primrose oil capsules. My MIL recommended them & by God do they work
If you want to have veg differently, cut the spud/butternut squash/sweet potato/ parsnip etc into small cubes and cook in a frying pan until soft then sprinkle a couple of vegetable Oxo cubes onto the veg and stir, wait until it starts to burn very slightly (becomes a bit crunchy) then serve, soooooooooooooooo yummy!
