Hello i have absolutly no idea how to put my photo as my avator - if i give you the picture can you please somehow put it as my avator?!?!

I have resized it for you, all you need to do now is upload it to your photobucket, then go to your profile, and where it says
"Link to off-site Avatar:" just put the URL to the pic (you don't need to use the tag for this bit.
