Help- How do you install a pregnancy "ticker"

Could anybody talk me through installing a pregnancy ticker on my profile.

If you click on one that you like (you could click on mine) it should take you to a site to make one - or type tickers into google and lots will come up. When you've made it the site will give you a few codes - you need to copy the BB Code and paste it into your signature on here (go to User CP at the top left, then Edit Signature)
