help bleedin

ok im abit worried need advice. i had my af on 26th april it lasted 4 days i had sex on 31st may and bled aftewards, i thought this was just due to only finishin the day before but i had abit of pain with it. just now on 8th may i have just stood up and had pain in my belly and a shootin pain in my vagina and now im bleedin again. im abit worried can anyone help

I'd call NHS Direct at least and see if they can suggest what might have caused it and what to do.

If it carries on and fills a pad I'd defo want to get it checked out if it were me.
