I've been here for a couple of months, but have never posted a formal greeting, therefore, I'd like to take care of that now. I'm going to be 37 on October 28, have been married for 4 years, and have been trying to get pregnant for 3 of those years. It's been a roller coaster of emotions, mostly let downs.
I live in the United States, in South Carolina, although I was born in New England. I have an interest in researching my family tree, and have been quite successful in doing so, and have discovered that I am descended from England, Scotland, Wales, and France.
I am thoroughly fascinated with ancient Egypt, and have enjoyed studying the culture ever since I was a small child, and had considered seriously becoming an Egyptologist. That's something that I won't be able to do now, because I had an accident a few years ago, which paralyzed my left foot.
I love talking with people, and am gregarious and try to be funny. I love to make others laugh, if simply to brighten their days. So, I'm glad to have been able to "meet" all of you!
