Hello all,
Just wanted to say hi. I'm a long time stalker, first time poster to this forum.

My husband and I are on our first month of ttc our first baby, (I'm 28 and he is 31) and I'm currently 8dpo. In the beginning I was convinced I had all sorts of symptoms, but they seemed to have tailed off the the last few days, so I'm not sure if I was just imagining them! I have cheap Internet strips and I'm ashamed to say I have already started testing, all bfn so far, but I guess we're still in for a shot as it's still early.

This two week wait is driving me mad! I wish everyone all the best of luck in getting pregnant

Hi. I'm also new to the forum (and too shy to post my own intro thread...)

I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my first. I can't even believe I'm writing that. It still all feels very unreal.

Best of luck to you Lulie. Try to forget what your end game is (easier said than done, I know!), and focus on enjoying quality time with your hubby.

I didn't bother testing today as don't feel like there's anything happening. AF is expected Friday so think I may just wait and see what happens.

I'm not too sure of the abbreviations, but I was due on today. Nothing yet but it's normal for me to be one day late once every few months. I keep telling myself my AF will start any second now. ha ha
In this very first month of TTC I've come to the very real understanding of the stress of waiting, symptom spotting and second guessing yourself. I think I'll need to think of a way to make this more fun if it hasn't worked this month!

I must say, CornishGirl, from reading in your thread your symptoms sound really promising!

The last couple of days I have been abit headachey, had a good cry yesterday too, but could just be a sign of AF on her way lol ��

I think I spent the month looking for symptoms that I think I started to see things that were normal before my AF as symptoms. My aim is to ignore them all next month and just relax. Lets see how long this lasts!
