Hiya!

Has anyone any fav healthy/quick/easy recipes for dinner that you'd like to share?

I'm getting stuck on options and sick of ready meals and mash/chips...

And I'd like to loose about 2 stone lol

Ready meals and mash and chips aren't healthy for sure.

I assume you want to eat better not necessarily diet?

Home made moods are always better ...

Chicken fillets and salad with a low fat dressing - You can use jar seasoning on the chicken YUM
Stew (done in a slow cooker is yum)
Boil mince before cooking if you want to make spag bol just have good portions
Acti-fry is brilliant if you like chips and can afford one
Grilling machines are also great, you'd be amazed at the yak that comes from most meats, makes eating sausages less of a devil
White meats over red meats on the majority of meals
Veg
Low salt products
Plenty of water (min litre half a day) will make you feel healthier

My main home-mades are spag bol (or lasagne served with carrots), chicken supreme, crispy jacket spuds and stew if you'd like some further tips.

One-pot meals are also easy and healthy.

I currently have a bot of pork loins, carrots, parsnips, swede and baby new pots on the go. Fry some onions, bung in the rest of the raw ingredients and add water with a packet of caserole mix and your on to a good un!
I cook it for ages on a low temp tho, so you may have to make it a day when you are free and then serve it up later in the week.
