HCG test (5w6d) and the Internet has me scared!

Today I had a beta-hcg blood draw.
I am (based off lmp) 5w6d
They came back at 12,463 (I got them online through an app, and did not get a call from my doctor).
Naturally I jumped online to see what normal levels are and... while they appear normal on the pregnancy charts... (normal at 6 weeks is 1080-56,500) but I see a lot of women in chat groups and forums expressing how abnormally high that number is (as in, suspecting a molar pregnancy or twins).

What do you think, is the number too large/suspicious? Right on track?

Mine was 400 at 4 weeks.
So if they double every 48hrs...

Honestly I don’t even pay attention to hcg levels anymore and neither does my dr. I had my levels at 41,000 at 6 weeks 3 days, they had been doubling and I still had a blighted ovum. I did them on my own for my own reassurance and it didn’t mean anything as the sac was empty even that high. I am pregnant again now and my dr isn’t even doing hcg tests because she said there is no real point besides making sure it’s not an ectopic pregnancy which we know I don’t have from my ultra sound.

Mine was 1,300 at 5 weeks so within the normal range and I’m having twins so I really wouldn’t read that much into them x
