That mother shouldnt be aloud to have kids. If she cant tell the difference between a bite mark and a rash and she obviously wasnt watching the child properly if it has been bitten. ...sorry ranting over. These type of things just drive me mental

Some kids will bite and bite, but the mother surely should have been watching the kid.
