Ive been feeling particuly snappy at the moment, poor boyfriend/family/passing cats

just wondered if any of you guys had tips on calming down

oh i know exactly what you mean hun i feel like im a horrid person always shouting at everyone for no reason

Its our hormones hun grrrrrrrrrrrrr i hate them

I tend to try and count to 10 to calm down or go for a walk and even the other day i went out and kicked my car (just the wheels) that helped (but if you do that make sure you know whos car it is dont kick someone elses :D )

Hope it gets a bit better for you soon hun

yeah, guess I just need to ride it out and try not to shout at everyone

Luckily my boyfriend is very nice about it :)

:rotfl: kinda wish i had a car now! throwing a pillow as hard as u can kinda helps too (so long as its not at ur OH/DH i dont think he'd be pleased!)

:rotfl: actually reading my post back does sound funny but seriously im not that mad promise :rotfl: just one of those days :rotfl:

I don't think that I am or have been snappy at all during pregnancy. I have been waiting on it and have warned hubby but I think I have been fine. Hubby will disagree with me I bet.

I wouldn't worry about being snappy. Use it as an excuse to express your true inner feelings.

Look after yourself and watch who's car you kick. :rotfl:

naw, my OH is great, he is always nice to me even when im snappy and moody, tis great, can do what I like

Hmm..Ive noticed Im a bit more snappy too at the moment! My way of avoiding it/calming down today was to have a bit of Galxay chocolate bar and watch baby programmes all day on SKY!

Im thinking yoga might be good for these kinds of moods? The one the do for pregnant women? I might try that if I find myself turning into a witch more and more

yeh i was thinking of looking for a yoga group, but not till im about 12 weeks. im highly strung anyway so i think it wud b good
