We just started trying 2 months ago, but spent 4 months preparing...eats lots of fresh fruit and veggies, lower your alcohol consumption, get on some good high grade folic acid and B-6, quit smoking if you smoke, get in some exercising 4 days a week, get OH on a good men's multi vitamin, and reduce your fat/red meat consumption...oh yeah and full fat dairy...no low fat dairy until you have conceived!!
