We've been gazumped on the house we wanted and they can complete sooner than us. It was so easy buying this place cos we already rented it, is it always such a nightmare buying 'normally'? Oh well, something better will turn up

Xenforo Cloud upgraded our forum to XenForo version 2.3.4. This update has created styling issues to our current templates. We will continue to work on clearing up these issues for the next few days, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

worrying up uptil the day you complete that it will fall through.
better luck next time, its a shrewd business, just don't fall in love with the next place if poss, till you actually get the keys.
