Yeah Jadon has always suffered with disgusting nappies, and they did worsen while using the gaviscon. I'm still using it, and find that now he's on solids they seem to alternate "solid, the really gross and runny", worse thing is saw the dr today and he said that reflux can stay until the baby is 1yr old! :o

We had some nasty nappies for a couple of weeks. We still use Gaviscon but nappies are normal. xxx

yes , proper explosive ! and increased in how many times a day too , some get the opposite and get constipation not for leland tho !

now were on solids and gavsicon his pooh is quite hard and erm black :puke:

The only way to describe Becky's nappies since she's been on the Gaviscon is, erm, playdough. It's been MUCH more solid but it hasn't made her constipated thankfully. She's been on it 3 weeks and we haven't had any yucky ones, touch wood.

Connie always had Play-do pooh so it's no different now but if anything she's been slightly more connie-stipated.

I shouldn't laugh but... :rotfl:

Too right you shouldn't laugh! The whole thing is very inconnie-venient :rotfl:

Oh there are endless jokes... and I'm sure my OH has made them all. It started with connie-tractions and hasn't stopped since...

Violets are just the same as that!! :?

Ok... we have the playdough poos over here too.

She's gone from doing 1 a day to 5!!!!!!

She is looking like she might be on the verge of getting nappy rash too. Is this cos she's doing more poo? Or cos she's on a different milk? Poor thing.

Could it be teething?

Evie hardly gets nappy rash but she hardly ever wears a nappy

the gaviscon has made summer seriously constipated, we have to give her all sorts, water, brown sugar, juice, she really struggles to go

That's so inconniesiderate of him :(

I remember Charlie had constipation with Gavison so we switched to SMA Stay Down forumula.
I am sorry to say that most reflux does last until they are about 12 months...Charlie's just slowed down as he reached his first birthday to the point that we noticed he was hardly having to wear bibs
