Hi ladies Currently 10 weeks along, and I am allergic to so many foods. Short example: So far some of my allergies are, carrots, potatoes, rice, corn, some beans, most nuts, oranges, lettuce, cabbage, wheat, soy, avocado, bananas, tomatoes, rye, malt, grapes.
I could keep going on and on... I am miserable!!! I have these intense cravings! I'm dreaming of french fries and cheeseburgers!!!
I am starting to get insanely depressed. Does anyone share my pain?? Or have any tips?
Please help me! I've been eating my allergens. I can't help myself.

Don't you have an adaptive diet?
I would suggest not eating those since you can die.
I had some cravings too but didn't really give in to it, otherwise I would have been as big as a house. I had gestational diabetes so I was limited in what i ate and I survived the pregnancy lol

Cravings are hard but if you're allergic, don't give in! You can hurt yourself which can't be good for baby.. Just gotta suck it up. I'm also 10wks and food is a real problem for me too.
 
Thanks ladies, I don't feel quite so alone. I meet with my doctor tomorrow and an allergist very soon after that.
I definitely don't want to hurt baby.
I have yet to learn about the adaptive diet. We discovered all the allergies in November 2019, and got a bfp in February. Things are moving slow.
