What is the best one?

The only thing I hate about my post preggy body is my stomach.
I CBA with the gym and i wouldn't have the confidence to go to one anyway but i really want to tone it up fast.
Was going to buy the Davina one but wondered if anyone had any others that they could recommend

I have a whole load of fitness dvds, get a bit obsessed with them!! But the best one by far is Davina!! It's easy to follow, and you see results sssssooooooooooo quickly that it gives you a boost to carry on!!

I wouldn't buy the Ministry of Sound ones though, too hard to follow that you don't even break a sweat you're too busy trying to get the moves right!!

same as me. ive been told exercise bikes are good for loosing tum weight to. I got mine from argos. was £60 but worth it since i go on it every day.

if the dvd works let me know!

I got given the Sonia Jackson one as a gift (cheeky B******s). Only watched it once as I don't have the time to do it. xxx

I have the Charlie Brooks work out. its brilliant. it is actaully really fun to do (and this is coming from someone who HATES exercising)

has a great pilates section for the cool down which really feels like its doing something... the conbat section in fab! lots of fun and makes you sweat!
