I'm only 6+3 according to lmp but it feels like I've been pregnant forever. We found out very early. We have a scan booked for Monday because I had a mc in January so I think counting down to that is the problem. I just want to reach the 2nd trimester already so that I can relax a little.

I found out at 3+2! So far too early! I'm now 10+3 and i honestly can't remember not being pregnant haha

The first tri is by far the worst. Things will speed up after that (then slow down again at the end- especially if you go overdue!) Then when your baby is here you'll look back and it'll all feel like it's gone in a flash!! Best thing I did was keep busy- loads of plans at the weekends and fun things to look forward to! X

I went back over 2 weeks with my dates at one point which was a killer. Re-reading the same development info on the apps etc but at the next scan i was put fwd slightly and im 14 weeks tomorrow...

I think the problem is what you said its the countdown to certain milestones (scans, next tri) etc. Just keep busy and dont worry :D

I was 4 weeks when I got my BFP and the 8 weeks 5 days I had to wait for the dating scan felt like forever and that was with a scan at 7 weeks after a bit of brown bleeding. Since then, I can't believe my dating scan was 5 weeks ago. It's definitely sped up in the 2nd trimester.

I know how you feel i felt like that in my last pregnancy, We were trying so i was looking out for the positive pregnancy test & we knew super early, It felt like forever for the first scan then we had so many appointments to keep after that, That the rest of the pregnancy seemed to fly by & i even went over due, By the time i got to the end of the pregnancy i couldn't wait to get my son out & then after his birth my tummy felt so strange & i suddenly missed having the bump, Pregnancy does weird things to a woman :-) X
