Dont know whats up with me today, im a complete nightmare. Woke up with a very bad headache, which i still have now. Im paronid about taking paracetomols, especially in th first 12 weeks so iv just had to suffer all day. Work has been a nightmare, honestly i dont know how i will cope if im like this at work everyday. Iv been like a zombie. I dont ever remember feeling this bad 5 years ago when i had my first child. x

I had migraine yday and took 1 paracetamol and let the hot shower run on my head for about 30 min did wonders for me ( hubby never told me seal had gone on bath so I now have a new headache of hole in the kitchen ceiling) so check the seal on ya bath have a shower and some paracetamol and relax. I have arthritis and the only medication I allowed to take for pain relief is paracetamol so that is safe to take. I keep having headaches to my doc said its a pregnancy symptom along with all the rest! lol

LOL @ Sue, hope your celing is ok? I feel much better today thanks ladies. I wokre up headache free and as soon as i got to work it came on again, i think it has something to do with the bright lights @ work. xxx
