hey i am now 25 weeks pregnant with baby no two and recently i have been feeling really down, i was out shoping last night and kept taking panic attacks and i feel anxious all the time, i even started knitting to see if it would relax me, does anyone else feel like this? i hate coming a cross as a moaner cos normally i am quite a happy person hopefully its just my hormones, plus i think i might be starting to let myself go, i never make an effort for my oh any more my hair is always up i never put on any makeup my eyebrows are awful, i could go on but i wont bore u all anymore,

im glad i am writing this now as i feel a bit better just getting it out there. just hoping its normal.....

  Sorry you're feeling like this, have you spoken to your doctor or midwife? They might be able to help you. You hormones are all over the place at the minute, so won't be helping.

I hope you feel better soon

naw havent spoken to them yet but i think i will make an appointment cant do any harm i suppose,
by the way your family portrait is beautiful.

aww thank you, very kind of you to say :D

Just re-read your original post and it sounds as though you might be suffering from depression?, even just talking to your doctor or someone else will probably help you a lot.

If you need to chat PM me hun

hi mum to be, hope your ok. really feel for you as I suffer with depression and panic attacks and it was only diagonsed when my baby was a year. I have stopped my medication to have another baby, but I also have councelling. If you talk to your GP they may offer you councelling which would be a great support for you during pregnancy even if you can't have medication. I also went running to help with anxiety which is proving difficult at the moment, but I remember reading that the same anxiety relief can come from knitting!!! So keep knitting!!! (I might try it!) Apparently its because of the rythum it help you relax. PM me if you need any futher help or have any questions.

hi hun
just wanted to say dont worry about not making an effort for your OH
its only his problem if he bothers, your 25 weeks pregnant, you deserve a break from having to do your hair and make up every morning!

im always here if you need a chat or just a moan
