What's the best way to deal with the tieredness I work shifts driving trains and have to be alert some days I'm fine other days I feel so shattered I'm 6 wk gone x

i know some people swear by fruit to help with tiredness during pregnancy, but Im finding it hard to try and do with my sickness! Drinking cold water and lots of it is also supposed to help you feel refreshed, and yoga is meant to help to. The tiredness is awful though isn't it? Ive never felt so exhausted! Ive been taking lots of naps, but Im not sure how possible this will be with your job! x x x

Wss^^^^

Tbh though I've never been so tired I normally do like to sleep but thus ridiculous, can't wait for twelve weeks isn't it supposed to reduce then :-/ x

fingeres crossed it reduces, on a set of 7days off on leave at the moment so have a week of relaxed days, i can nap with some shifts, ie if im working a 4am start i can nap once i get home before going to bef later, today hasnt been as bad as iv been quite alert and awake!(without a nap) it seems to be some days am worse than others but yes i have eaten more fruit today so maybe thats what it is?!!!

Picked why would you burst my bubble lol

K8 enjoy ya break :) xxx

Please refer some tips:
-Get Regular ExerciseExercising will encourage the body to produce endorphins will help the blood circulation and make you feel more energized and in a better frame of mind. You'll also be healthier and your labor shouldn't be as laborious!
-Eat Smaller Meals More RegularlyBy doing this you will avoid the bloated feeling that normally accompanies large meals, and will therefore not feel so tired or the need to sleep so often
-Eat Healthily Try to eat plenty of lean proteins throughout the day along with drinking plenty of water.
Anyone try with them? Are they effective?
