Fed up with the people in this building!

So a few weeks back some idiot sets fire to a couch left in the hallways on the 5th floor, Whole place evacuated and 3 floors had burn damage.

And then today.. There is another fire, Dont know what caused it yet, but its not as bad weve just been told to stay in the flats till the smoke clears. But I mean for christs sakes theres 5 firetrucks outside. What do people do !? Im so sick of walking into my hallway to find it full of smoke, and having to vent the entire place, ITS COLDDD. Grr rant over.
