Does anyone know how you get a replacement key? My OH Jason bloody lost it with £20 on it!!!!

Call them they usually get you to pick one from local shop also will give you some emergency

If u ring ur provider they'll give u a number to give to ur local paypoint- payzone and mine was £5 to replace x

Thats disgusting. British gas let me pick up new key free. I didnt need emergency tho. Wont they give you enough to last till you get your urs key so probably wont be until wed anyway?
