I've sold an item on ebay, I've received payment and posted it out. He's now saying it's not what he wants - basically he didn't read the advert properly and he's bought the wrong thing. Where do I stand?
Buyer beware - its a legal term translated from a Latin phase. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that they buy what they think they are buying. U are under no obligation unless anything as been falsely advertised x
Yea it's their responsibility to read the description properly, you'd only have to refund if you advertised incorrectly or it was faulty! They don't have a leg to stand on x
